ABOUT SHCHEDRYI UROZHAI
HARVEST PROCESS
After our tractor drivers cut the ready-to-harvest hops, the cones are taken to the harvest machine to be separated from the plant and directed to the drying section.
DRYING PROCESS
The hop cones separated from the plant in the harvesting machine are directed to the drying machine, where the drying process is carried out under computerised temperature controls and appropriate humidity.
PRESSING & PACKAGING
The hop cones, whose drying process is completed, are taken to the press machine and the packaging process starts. After the pressing process is finished, sack moisture values are measured and directed to the warehouse.
AUTOMATION
The cones separated from the plant in the harvesting machine are directed to the drying machine. In this section, the drying and humidification process is controlled by our technician with computerised control and directed to the packaging section in the most ideal way.
WAREHOUSING
After the pressing process, the bagged hops are stored in cold storages to preserve their freshness, aroma and bitterness as they were on the first day thanks to the industrial-strength refrigerators in our warehouses.
